photo of Dr. ED Thomas Dr. E.D. Thomas did his M.A. and Ph.D. from NEHU, Shillong. He joined the Department on 25th September 1978 and rose to become professor in 2001. He taught courses in International Economics and Macroeconomics. Presently, Prof. Thomas is the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Tura Campus, NEHU (since December 2010).
